What is Corporate to Coach® and who is it for?

Corporate to Coach® is a six-week, cohort-based business building program designed for corporate professionals who are transitioning into coaching. It's built for people who are either still in their corporate role and planning their exit, or who have recently made the leap and need a clear strategy to build their coaching business. Participants should be enrolled in an ICF (International Coaching Federation) accredited coaching certification program or already be certified coaches. If you have strong corporate experience and you're serious about building a sustainable coaching practice, this program was built for you.

How is Corporate to Coach® different from a regular business coaching program?

Most business programs are built for entrepreneurs broadly. Corporate to Coach® is specifically designed for the corporate-to-coach transition, and it's grounded in a risk management framework drawn from two decades of Fortune 100 experience. We use The Four Pillars of Entrepreneur Risk — financial, professional, psychological, and life obligations — to help you build a coaching business that is strategic, sustainable, and aligned with the life you actually want. That risk-first lens is what sets this program apart from anything else in the coaching industry.By the time you complete the program, you'll have a business plan, a defined vision and goals, a clear niche and menu of services, a brand identity, an outline of your operational setup, a pipeline management system, and a network of peers who are navigating the same transition. The goal isn't just to learn concepts — it's to leave with real assets you can use to launch or accelerate your coaching business right away.

Do I need to be certified as a coach before joining Corporate to Coach®?

You do not need to be certified before you start. Participants should either be currently enrolled in an ICF-accredited coaching certification program or already hold a coaching credential. The program is designed to run alongside your certification so that by the time you complete your hours and earn your credential, your business infrastructure is already in place. Many graduates of Corporate to Coach® have gone on to earn their ICF ACC or PCC designation through programs like Hudson, Co-Active, and others.

How much does Corporate to Coach® cost and what is included?

The Corporate to Coach® program investment is $2,799. That includes six weekly virtual sessions facilitated by Elissa Kelly, self-paced online modules, and the core business building assets you'll create throughout the program — your business plan, vision and goals, menu of services, brand clarity, operational setup outline, and pipeline management system.
